Hi Everyone! This morning was Lower Body Blast for me since I had to teach it (....SHHHH, I slanted it to favor cardio today ;) )

What's on your plate today? Anyone doing anything really different from their usual routine? Anyne just plain old resting today? Remember to have at least one off day this week.

I went with IMAX3 (step only since I was so tired!) and then the Yoga based abs from STS Ab Circuits. I need to focus on more sleep... and maybe a rest day tomorrow.
 
Good morning :).

I am sticking to just walking and my PT therapy/exercises this week. Since cardio is my least favorite, it's nice to have a break from the same-old workouts I do week after week ;).
 
Hi everyone :)

I did CC #1 - for the first time on my bike instead of the TM , and LOVED it !
It was a great new experience and I'm glad I gave it a try.
Also did yoga/plilates abs from the Biggest Loser Bootcamp dvd .

Good workout -done in an hour. :)

Hi All,

I am resting today, but jogged for 30 min on Monday & did some interval cardio on Tuesday. My muscles are feeling so-o-o relaxed! It's good to have a few days without any DOMS! ;)

I did Body Max 2, Cardio blast today. I am little bit under the weather and could not finish all the way but I enjoyed every bit of what I could accomplish. I should have rest so I can get ready for next week but could not resist good old stepping.
 
Mmmmmmmmmm. I just finished Eoin Finn's 55min Magically Hips premix off his Power Yoga for Happiness dvd. My hips, hamstrings, and lower back feel so good now. Yoga is good.

Yesterday I did Amy Bento's In the Ring. It's a vigorous 75min workout. Today's yoga helped work it all out, again.

Hi everyone. I did 4DS cardio power this morning and just got done mowing the lawn. I didn't get to do any cardio yesterday so hopefully that makes up for my rest day.

A tiny little 20 minute Interval blast today at 5:30am due to time restraints. Then an 8 hour stint of running of a pretty giant job fair. Yikes, give me Imax 2 anyday. Well, hopefully a few folks got a job today.

Oh I look forward to a bit of step blast tommorrow.
 
Good evening everyone! Today I tried a new class at my gym called Group Active. It is 20 minutes of step, 20 minutes of weights (I kept it ultra-light/no weights), and 20 minutes of core/balance work. I did get a workout but didn't like the class. Ahhh well, you can't please everyone! Tomorrow is Group Kick. I think it will be better.

Phew! It was a sweat fest! I had to modify many parts of it because of my Runner's knee issue.

Body Max 2

I did Body Max 2 on Wednesday - my rest day 3. It has been a long time since I have had room to do aerobics at home. Now that I have the space, I am going to incorporate my favorite cardio videos into my gym cardio routine. I also did the abs that were on this DVD.

It is now Friday and my calves are STILL sore from that routine. I did the warm up, step aerobics, and the bonus cardio. No blasts or weights - I am saving that for meso 3! Wow - I coul dnot believe that I remembered that whole routine! haha!! That was fun though. I miss that workout. The soundtrack is great. I was so winded!!! It has been a while since I have done a hard core step video.

Today I am going to do walking intervals at the gym - or at least attempt. Walking has been difficult the past two days so I am not going to push it.

I am going to do yoga abs today from the new STS abs video. I will post the results of this plan in check in Day 5.
