STS order : can't track, no reply from Customer Service help please !

Sorry, I know it is a busy time for You but I have been trying to get a reply from customer service for days...
I have the email and my invoice # but I need the ph number to track the status ... I ave put many times my ph numbers but no way, maybe I put the wrong one placing the order anyway there is no way I can be updated on what is going on ....

I called and they said without the phone number there is nothing they can do ...

Here the confirmation I got :

International orders can not be tracked as they are sent by USPS Global Priority. Most people in the United States have not received their orders yet and I doubt anyone in Europe has received theirs. We know everyone is anxious to receive their orders, but please be patient as it will take a while for all orders to be delivered.
