I forgot my workout card at home today. I'm doing meso#2 disc#13 at the gym and I forgot the rest period between each set. I think it's 60 sec but not sure. Can someone help me out. I also know that she does drop sets does she go up in weight for each set. Ex: chest flyes 12 reps 15lbs 10 reps 16 lbs 8 reps 17lbs?
