STS/LIS 3 month rotation

This may already have been discussed elsewhere but I haven't taken time to look. Is there a rotation with the new series and STS in a 3 month rotation. I know there is a one month rotation using the two but just wondering on a 3 month. thanks

I was thinking the same thing. I was going to figure out a three month rotation next week using STS w/ low impact for 5 days, possibly6.

I think this would be so worth the effort to put together a rotaion like this!

yes I think it'd be a great rotation too. My problem is that i'm not very good at putting one together, so if anyone would want to take on this task it would be great

Yes. Cathe made three rotations when the new work outs came out:

LIS only
Non LIS
and
LIS & STS

If you go over to the the Check-ins & Challenges heading you'll see how they work & can create a new check-in or join an existing one! Hope this helps!!

I'm pretty sure Cathe is working on a 3 month rotation as well. Not sure if it's LIS/STS. She just said on her fan page that she planned on posting one at the end of this week. Hopefully that means today!
