Good Morning Everyone!!
This is a very busy week at work so I am squeezing in my workouts werever I have time. I did Disc 31 Chest and Back on Saturday and Disc 32 Plyo Legs yesterday ( for cardio). I can't believe we are almost finished with this program! I know I will miss the structure of the rotation. I think I will do an active recovery week and move on to thr slow and heavy and gym style dvds for a month before repeating STS. One thing I will continue to do is a Plyo leg workout once a week no matter what other workouts I am doing. I could kick myself for not doing those workouts once a week from the very beginning of STS.
Great weather continues this week although I will be buried deep behind concrete walls at work. It is wonderful to go outside in the morning and not have to put on a jacket.... Spring has finally arrived!
