Waves to all the groovy girls today! DH and I completed Disc 25 last night. I was SO proud of myself and the heavy weights I could lift! Tonight is cardio.
Today is my 1st plyo legs disc Hope it goes well this evening, and I hop I can walk tomorrow? I wonder how long the breaks are inbetween the exercises. The workout card makes it look like its gonna be a tough one. Wish me luck!!!

Nan....PLYO are bad in a good way ....I am soaked when I am done and my suggestion is make sure you have a towel handy because you are gonna need it .
I am going to Legs tonight but going to do Squat rack version (forget what its called) but will be using Cathe weight vest as well. Hopefully will be enough with what I can lift over my head.
I hope I can sit and walk tomorrow ....I'm a little nervous in a good way.
I haven't been interested in the Plyo Legs...DH and I will be doing the squat rack leg work. He is my human squat rack, LOL. You know, I must be a weirdo. I haven't had DOMS very much. Don't get me wrong, I have been a little sore in the mornings but nothing I would categorize as DOMS. Last night I increased the weights from what the workout sheet had calculated also. I figure that I should be able to complete the exercise with the full amount of reps and when it comes to the last rep, I should be struggling with good form. I don't know why I am such a freak. I know that I pushed myself last night and DH had a similar experience. Who knows? I probably shouldn't be complaining, right?
