Look, I got the date right today!!!

It's gonna be a good day:D:D:D:D

Last night was disc 25. 1st of Meso 3. On the 1st set of everything I thought I could have added more wt, but then I got to set 2 and thought "this is good" at set 3 I thought "almost there" and at set 4 it was "holy crap!" So I guess the wts were right:p I like the longer break, gives time to stretch, change the bar, get drink, and catch my breath. There was some heavy breathing going on. Not like Meso 1, but deep, heavy breaths. Turned out the breaks were actually only 1 1/2 mins, not 3 each, which was good. It gave enough time between working the same part again, but not so much I was standing around bored. I thought we were going to have 3 mins btwn each exercise. Today is RS and med ball abs. Tomorrow is my 1st plyo legs disc. eeeeeek!!!! I'm askeered of that one:eek:

I do have a question, though. Do you ladies have a different wt btwn the flat and incline bench press? My flat bench is about 18 lbs heavier that the incline. On chest flyes, it is about 2 lbs heavier. But 18 seems like a whole lot.

Morning Nan,

Back to work today :(. Cardio on board tonight with Abs. Have not decided what yet maybe Imax 1 or 2. Plyo legs are tough and a goody :p. I am going to do both leg work outs but will be using Plyo as more a cardio with lighter weights towards the end of the week.

Nan - My weights are the same whether I am doing incline or flat bench press. 18 pd difference seems like a lot.

Well got to get to work.

Good morning! Tonight we have Disc 25 on the schedule. And, yes, my weights are different for flat and incline but only + or - 5 lbs. :)
We did DM and abs last night. I cannot express how much I LOVE med ball abs especially the partner section. Something about the ball makes the moves really work you!
