STS - Fit Chicks 03/23

Morning Ladies,

Well I started Mesc 3 yesterday and like the slight changes of increasing and decreasing in weight. My chest is talking to me this morning. I am going to do Imax 2 today for cardio.

On Saturday I did my first Plyo legs because I could not wait anyone to try them out :p. I went light on weight so that this would be more cardio. WOW....awesome is all I can say.... will need to work up my stagima for these.

Morning!

Tonight will be #19, chest and tri's and weights and plates abs. I'm a little perplexed by the wts for the flat bench press, they seem to be all over the place. But I'm sure there is a method to the madness. This weekend I did MIC for cardio - woosh! and I did just the step from CW on Sunday - my calves were (and still are) sore from MIC.

Hello chickies! Well tonight is Step Heat for us and tomorrow is disc 19. Yesterday we did disc 18 and my lower back is feeling it! I think I may have gone a tad heavy on the one legged deadlifts. :) I also just pre-ordered the STS Cardio! I am SO excited. I think it will be WELL worth the money. I feel like I have ants in my pants! :)
 
#19. Hardest one yet!!! Double wave loads! OMG!!!! :eek::eek::eek::eek: This one was tough. I was kaput after the chest work. I've never been so happy to work shoulders in all my life, mostly bc it meant I was done with chest. I've had cardio make me queasy before, but not weights. At least not til tonight. Shoulda eaten my Wheaties. I managed everything except the last 2 flat bench presses (only got 6 in the last set) and the middle set of incline flyes (only got 8 instead of 10) My arms were wearing out! I know I will do the whole STS program again, but I can say, I don't look forward to this disc again, ever:confused::confused::) I should sleep good tonight.
