Morning ladies!!!
Oh, I am sleepy!!! This springing forward and being up past my bed time last night has me sleepy this morning. And, I wasn't doing anything exciting either. I was making english muffins. I was thinking I had enough time last night, but I forgot about a 2nd 1 1/2 hr rise time. They are now on the 3rd rise and will be going into the oven shortly, then into my belly
Today was weigh day, and I am down 7 lbs since the start of STS


My goal is for 20 over the whole program, and it seems as though I am on track. The scale was giving me 1.5 lighter earlier this week, but we all know how the scale is
My jean however are getting saggy and baggy. More than 7lbs saggy and baggy, too. This is a good thing. I want to put off shopping til the end of the program, but will have to see how it goes. Perhaps I can pick up a few inexpensive things. Not sure what I am doing for a workout today. I downloaded the 3 Motiontraxx that someone suggested on the OD - I think it was Stacey? I like the music. I will probably go out for a run or elliptical if the weather stays rainy and try them out. Well, I hear my timer beeping. My muffins must be done rising. Off to the frying pan and into the oven!!
