STS disc #42??

I do not remember seeing this when I did STS years ago. Workout card says "STS total body #1-normal-total body-isolations and compound." It is not in my set of dvd's. Anyone know about it?

This is a super late reply, but posting here in case anyone else sees the question. I think this is referring to the workout called "STS Total Body", and the "#1-normal-total..." descriptor is simply the workout in its entirety (no premixes).

STS Total Body was sold separate from the STS series (so wasn't part of a bundle, at least to my knowledge.)
