Hi everyone,
Looks like every body here is so busy, working out getting ready for winter:eek:
So do I. Last week I finish Isanity, pretty good experience and love the intensity, but this month is all about lifting weights.
So, I know this month is almost over, but I can't stay away from sts October Rotation.
Monday Chest, shoulders and biceps.
Ooooh men!! I forgot the feeling of it. But for sure now I remember:D
Thus: Legs disc 17
I feel like some one grab my butt, and open my muscle and pinch me ouch!:eek:
Wend: Back and Biceps
I'm still shaking and my back & triceps are saying "Hello and here" :p

I'm glad that tomorrow is cardio sort of.
