STS Body Rockers - Week of October 23rd!

Hello All!!

No workout yesterday, had to work a football game. Today's workout was Fire 30 this morning, & an old Kathy Smith workout called Aerobox this evening.Michael Olajide actually leads the workout, it's boxing & skipping rope. He's a former boxer. I hadn't done that one in years, but here's the new twist, I used a jump rope this time. I made it alot more fun!!

Well Wendy you weren't the only one not counting points today, but what you had sounds better than anything I ate today. I'll get back on track tomorrow, hopefully.

Saturday nite.....

Yesterday no workut but........
Today I did Low Impact Challenge, another good one!!!! legs were burning and I was drenched at the end. =) Im so glad I did this one today! no one was home and I was in no rush for anything so I could take more time learning the moves,it's going to take a few more times tho to get it down :eek::eek: (and I watched it before I did it too!!):eek:


Wiggie-my favorite Kathy Smith used be "Ultimate Workout" and I remember not being able to complete that workout for a long time. I used to do it back in the 80's in high school and after my 1st daughter was born.:D b4 KS I used to use Jonnie Greggens(sp?) it was on a record!!!!!!:eek::eek::eek::eek:

Bridget- I'm with you on AB it's a tough one and the discs are so much better.

Wendy-Maybe your body just need rest,those BR workouts are intense! I previewed AT and that looks like a great one too!!! but then they all do!!! Enjoy your eating!!! You deserve it you workout hard there sister!!!!!

Barbara-I know how you felt, a couple of times I just stood there and stared at Cathe like "what the heck did you just do?!"

Katie-Enjoy the evening with hubby!!!! and enjoy pizza for us too :D
 
Hi Girls.

Just finished Slide & Glide a few minutes ago. I enjoyed it. Tougher then it looks!
