Great job! So the LIS/STS rotation isn't enough weight lifting for you??
WOW! I'm impressed! It's plenty for me considering the circuits that are in there along with the weights only work outs! Enjoy your new work outs btw! Another Cathlete friend of mine has that Michelle D. Set (if that's the Peak Fit Challenge set those work outs you mention are a part of?) and she really enjoyed doing them. I haven't "bitten" on that set and can certainly afford to pass on fitness temptations from time to time so I'm not even going to look!
