STS BODY ROCKERS WEEK 2/19!

Good morning All!!

I received CTX yesterday, yay!!:D I've always wanted it but couldn't afford it. Sooo I did Kickbox for Thursday's workout. I liked it, when you're used to hour long cardio workouts the 30 minute ones go by so fast. the weight portion was good also

I probably won't workout today, I have to work a basketball game. They're always alot of fun.

Good Morning Gang!

I got up for my spinning class this morning, was ready to go and whoa! There was snow everywhere! There has been very little snow this winter in CT, and yesterday got up close to 60 degrees, so I was shocked, even the local meteorologists were suprised, it was slippery stuff too.

The thought actually occurred to me that I could blow off this morning's workout on account of snow- no one would fault me. Unfortunately, (or fortunately) this thought came as I was pulling into the parking lot for the Y. I came that far already.

This is why I exercise in the morning. I am too groggy to argue with myself, I am running on autopilot and those thoughts of blowing off the workout don't occur until I am already in the process of doing it, or walking into the spinning room- when it is too late.

How is the weather where you all are at? (Terena, I know how it is where you are in HI!)

Wiggie- I wanted CTX when it first came out on video and couldn't afford it then either!

Hello Everyone.

CST ala Gymstyles this morning for me but still planning on X'ing it tmrw for Back n Bi's! ;) I also did Ab Circuits Med Balls Abs-used my UGI ball in place of a med ball. Great work out! :D

Time to grab some lunch and head out for some errand running!
