Thank you all for your sympathy with my loss of my sweet dog (Taz) - I really appreciate that. Not everyone understands, but our sweet boy was like our child, it's been just very sad and quiet around here.
I have been making myself workout these past few days. I did Imax 2 on Saturday, S&G Sunday, 4DS KB Monday, PUB Tuesday and PLB on Wednesday. Today is a rest day - or may do YM or YR - we'll see. The exercise cheers me up some, it's soothing to see Cathe's smiling face (even though she's inflicting pain, still soothing
) I've also been walking our other dog more than usual, trying to keep him moving too - it's amazing how much he relied on Taz.
Sounds like you all have been getting in some great workouts. I still need to do some catch up reading, but at least a start with personals.
