Hi ladies,
Well, Monday was a rest day for me, then Tuesday was Intensity Series Boot Camp cardio premix, Wednesday was S&G Cardio premix and a stretch max in the evening, and today was 4DS Lower Intensity Step cardio premix (I'm the Premix queen this week - realized after I wrote that out how many premixes vs complete workouts I've managed )
Sounds like you all have been getting in some great workouts!
