Today's article, "Linear Versus Non-Linear Periodization: Which is More Effective?" was informative.
I like both variations of periodization and STS and XTrain happen to be my all time favorite series, with STS being #1. However, I tend to do more XTRAIN rotations because STS is a big endeavour. But, this has me thinking that you should do a STS 2 with 2 week mesocycles! Maybe keeping the times to 45 mins and using less equipment. I know making STS was a huge project but it, IMO, is a magnificent series. If you created another, I’m sure it would be a big hit.
