stretching

Hi Cathe,
I just wanted to toss this out there: including a stretch for the front of the lower leg...this feels so good after being on my feet all day, and I forget to do this many days.
 
I would love longer stretch periods on Cathe DVD's.

It all feels so good, and it is well needed after a hard workout!
