Once again, this will age me but "back in the day" we were told that when stretching, for example doing a hamstring stretch, that we should rest our hands on the leg NOT being stretched. In all of Cathe's DVDs (well, that I have, which is most) she and the crew rest their hands on the leg being stretched. So, now so do I, but why???? Anyone have any idea?
