I currently have volumes 1 and 3, but just put in my order for volume 2. Volume 3 has three different segments (each about 20 min long) and each segment focuses on stretching after running, biking, or swimming. It also has a “Energy” sequence, which is a pre sport warm up for range of motion and functional flexibility. I use this volume a lot after I cycle or power walk. I love it. It's very easy to follow. Volume 1 has three different 30 min sessions. I use the third one the most which is the recover one. It is just a great stretching sequence and it has increased my flexibility. The first section is called Warm Up and it focuses on core and stretching. The second section is Cross Train and it is more power yoga inspired.
I think that the programs are easy to follow. I had no experience in yoga before these DVDs and can follow along just fine. Also, one other great thing is that there are people of different levels on the DVD so you can modify the poses and not have to figure out an alternative move.
Does this help? I feel like I just rambled a lot. Let me know if you want any more info.
