stretch marks

Hello all

Has anybody here successfully lightened starch marks? My DD is so upset, her stretch marks ate quite red. Any suggestion? Thanks!

There is a product called "Amatokin" that works like a charm. My DH had a mole removed on his face and you cannot even see the scar, I have a 6 inch scar on my hip from surgery, that was initially red, but after using this stuff its almost flesh colored again!
I think you can get it at Macy's or Bloomingdales.

I am doing so terrific, I cannot believe how wonderful!:7 I even do plyometrics-even though I was advised against it, but figured if I listened to my body, and stop when needed, it would be okay. How bout you?

I tried to run last night, but that just isn't gonna happen!:)

Well, I feel just about the same as you. I was doing some plyo too against everything advised! LOL Can't believe how nice it is to go through the day pain free. And just how much energy pain sucked out before.... I think I'm done running, I had way too many marathons. But I spend a lot of time on the elliptical with high resistance, level that I could absolutely not do before. I work on the range of motion on the reformer, and the operated side is almost as good as the good side. Those springs are wonderful, have you tried that before? So overall I'm very happy. You sound happy too. :)

Yeah to us!:7 Lovin' life again-lovin'exercise again!I have not tried the reformer, although I am working on improving the range of motion in both hips-the good one compensated for the other one so it lost flexibility too. But I will be doing the splits by summer}(
