Strengthening Pelvic Floor

Hello all,

Am new here and wondering what of Cathe's workouts would strengthen the pelvic floor? Would Core Max?

I'm thinking you would have to add pelvic contractions to any of your ab routines and that would help as well as doing them yourself while sitting at the computer, tv, etc. I have also found out that the more I rebound the more my muscles are stronger "there"

I've also read that if you do a kegel when you are coming up out of squats (weight training), that that can also be helpful ...
