Ok Trying to come up with some good rotations.

Goal loose about 10lbs and DEFINE AND TONE!!!!!

I have a tone of options for cardio: Turbo Fire, Kickboxing, Turbo Jams, Cathe Kickboxing, Treadmill and so on

Here is what I have but I can always order something different

P90x...husbands I have never done it
CLX
Slim in Six

Cathe: kick punch cruch and legs and glutes
Cathe supersets and push pull

Jillian banish the fat
Jillian 30 day shred
Jillian no more trouble zones

Jari: ripped to the core

Squeeze...I have all three of them:)
P57...have first set.

Right now I have a gym membership and have started doing 2 day a week classes then the other days traedmill and core.

I'm looking for a great rotation...I can use whatI have or buy something different and get rid of the gym membership. I love variety...get bored easy so love mixing it up:)

For those of you that are great at putting stuff together to get results...would love to hear from you:)

Thanks everyone in advance

Tammy

Seems like a similar post to another one you asked a few days ago, did you read some of the comments and suggestions? If you want to see a bunch of rotations already set up, go to workout manager, and in there you can find all the rotations listed by Cathe and from board members. Also "fitnessfreak" has set up endless rotations that people enjoy very much, here is a post with what seems like all of them listed

Hi Tammy,

Do you do any yoga? you might throw one day a week of yoga in there, it really bumps up the metabolism. I think P57 would fit that bill based on their clip. Also, when trying to get those pounds off you might add some good coconut oil (Spectrum is a good brand.) It also fires up the metabolism and helps with fat loss.

You have such a great variety. What kind of class are you taking at the gym? Is it a circuit? Spin? Hi Lo? Zumba? How long do you want your rotation to be? A month? 8 weeks? How many days/week do you want to workout? How much time in your workouts? Do you do better with more or less cardio?

I'm betting, with your desire for variety, that frequent treadmill workouts will get old fast unless you are training for something and using a variety of treadmill workouts. Are you doing any of those Cardio Coach workouts?

Hi Dela:)

Yes I could not find my post but after I posted this found it....grrrrr

As far as what I do at the gym it varies. Kickboxing, spin and total body workouts:)

I'm hoping to be able to get rid of the gym at some point. I need that motivation to just do it at home.

I'm looking at maybe 3 day cardio and 3day strength

Also looking to workout 5-6 days per week for 45 min to 1 hour 15 minutes

As far as a rotation I'm open to how long it goes...just would like to follow something

I didn't realize that yoga bumped up your metabolism. I'm going to dust off my yoga DVDs!!! What kind of yoga is best in your opinion? I have some Rodney Yee and Shiva Rea, and I like them, but I never do them because I wind up doing cardio or weights instead thinking that yoga will be less effective.

As for the coconut oil, I have been using it and LOVE it!!! :)

It's a solid, and you have to melt it down to put it in things. I put it in pancake mixes; I melt a little in a saute pan and do stir fry with it. It's yummy, and it doesn't break down from heat.
