Can you train for strength and endurance at the same time, or does one lessen the other?
I want to build lots of muscle, but I also want to build aerobic endurance. I was thinking of alternating the S & H series with
your longer cardio tapes such as MIC.
Is this a good idea or should I emaphasize one aspect of fitness for a while and then the other?
Any help with this from anyone would be greatly appreciated?
