Cathe,
I was wondering if you thought that focusing more on strength training than cardio would be more effective in seeing muscle definition and losing the last 10lbs?

Hi Beth! While your genetics hold that "perfect" answer, I think you need to evaluate what you have currently been doing and make some adjustments if you feel you are plateauing.

However, one thing is for sure (if you are not already faithful to this). You do need both, strength training and cardio, in your program to obtain weight loss benefits. Also, don't forget CLEAN eating. That's a biggie too. Take Care!
