I know that the Pure Strength series and Slow & Heavy Series are considered Strength Training Workouts. Are there other Cathe Workouts that are considered Stength training vs Endurance Training workouts?
Thanks in Advance.

Hi Charleen! In the new Advanced DVD High Step Training you can use the Mix n Match feature for the upper & lower body workouts. I've been getting great results so far using a split routine working one week 1x legs/back/biceps/abs & 2x chest/shoulders/triceps/abs & then the 2nd week change it up 1x chest/shoulders/triceps/abs & then 2x legs/back/biceps/abs. Its been challenging because Cathe stuck in some new moves & does not make my workouts endurance by any means. This DVD is a must in your library! HTH, Kathy
Hi Charleen! You can go heavier with Push Pull as well. But if you have never used a stability ball before than I DO NOT recommend going heavier until you become more proficient with a stability ball. Good Luck!
