Strength Rotation

Hi Cathe,

Just want to say thanks. I did the Strength Rotation you suggested and now starting the endurance rotation. I just want you to know that I have had soo many compliments on my arms lately at work. My legs are my strong point too. But, I don't show them at work.. I also ran a half marathon on May 18th and it was a lot easier than the last two I have ran. I did not train with your tapes then...

Hi Beverly! This is so exciting for me to hear. Thank you for sharing. Wow, a half a marathon? Good for you, that is incredible. I wish you continued success with your upcoming endurance rotation too. Knock em dead ;-)!
