Hello Educated Crowd:
I strained my calf yesterday on the exercise bike then today, like a fool, I jumped back on the bike for an extra 20 miles. My calf is super sensitive right now and feels a little crampy. I took some extra potassium and took a hot shower, focusing the water spray on the muscle. Is there anything else I can do to speed up the healing? I DON'T want to have to take a day off!
