I have the new intermediate tape. Though I haven't seen the 1st edition, I recommend the 2nd because Stott has changed the sequencing of the movements. She immediately moves into the opposing muscles after 1 or 2 exercises.
I have had both sets..
they are vitually the same except that the new set has a little bit different order to the exercises.
The reason is for good balance of front to back work.
the older sets consider that the view may be a student learning to teach pilates also...
