Just an update to keep myself honest. I am still eating healthy (for me). I have cut out 99% sweets, just a small indulgence every now and then. I have worked out almost every day, but listening to my body and taking a rest day when needed.
I started going to a gym yesterday for a new take on cardio. I ran on the treadmill and did the elliptical (wow!).
Today was GS Legs (wow! wow!).
I am down about 10 pounds overall (since January), but I realized that I have to go back to staggering my calories. That was when the pounds were coming off a little more consistently. With these Cathe workouts, I need more calories on some days.
