Still can't log in to Workout Manager

Am I supposed to use the user name and password I use for the forums for the WO Manager area, or am I supposed to reregister for this area with a new username and password???? I've tried and tried and no luck. :(

I have the same problem...

I use OS X (10.4.11) and the workout manager doesn't work using my preferred browser Firefox, but it does work with Safari.

With Firefox, even though i type in my user name and password, it keeps telling me Please Log In.

More than likely something is cached in your Firefox browser or there is some other problem. We use Firefox all of the time and actually design and test in Firefox.
 
This probably sounds stupid, but how do I "clear the cache" and "erase all cookies"? Maybe that's what I need to do so I can login -- I'm very computer illiterate!!

I can't load anything on my WM, it says to log in and when I do, I still can't load my information into it.

Cookies and Cache? How do you get rid of them?

Perhaps I should wait more until more bugs are gone?

Hi April! My browser is Microsoft Internet Explorer.

Any help you can give would be greatly appreciated -- I know very little about computers!

same problem, somewhat simpler solution

I have been having the same problem where I can log into the forums, but it won't recognize when I have logged into the workout manager.

What I did was go the forums, log out, log back in, click on workout manager tab at the top, and when the work out manager page loads, I'm logged in.

I use Firefox too. It is a wonderful browser, very stable. I'm glad they are working to make the Cathe online stuff compatible with Firefox, but we shouldn't have to keep clearing cache, cookies or other stuff to make something work. There is a bug that needs fixing.
