I bought the step that cathe uses for pyramid. but i dont know what to do because i can use it as a regular step to do the rest of the step work. any suggestions.
I've only been doing Cathe's workouts for a few weeks but I think that she uses the high step for leg presses & tricep dips. The others for step and weight bench. Which one did you buy??
the one that i bought is the one that its like a bench to do upper body work? but know i dont want to spend more money buying steps
