Step on the BOSU

I have BOSU blast with Seasun and I LOVE it. What step workouts do you sub on the BOSU?

I previewed Rob Glicks online, but he just seems annoying. There just doesn't seem to be a big market for this and I dont know why. It is so much more fun than a step and better for your knees....
 
I've done a lot of Cathe's step on the BOSU. BMax 2 is a favorite, actually. It is harder, but it's fun. IMax 2 takes on a whole new definition! I actually need the full rest periods! :eek: LIC is actually really fun - with the lower impact, it's a bit easier, but still tough. And Low Max - man it's a total leg frier. The only downside I can see is that these are definitely an accident waiting to happen. I could easily see a turned ankle or twisted knee from coming down wrong on the BOSU during some of the more advanced moves. But, I am fairly well balanced (physically at least :rolleyes:) so I am willing to take the risk.
 
I've done Basic Step on the bosu. It was SO much fun! I don't usually do Basic Step since I love the higher complexity, but doing the basic stuff on the bosu was great. Spiced it up and I didn't feel like it was too scary. I'm afraid of turning an ankle on the more complicated stuff with the bosu!! I should mention that I have a smaller bosu, so it's only about 8 inches tall.

I love Bosu Blast but I don't sub it in for step on a regular basis. I've been wanting someone to come out with another awesome cardio workout for the bosu and I'm so happy that Amy Bento has a bosu workout coming up in her 2009 line up!
 
BOSU + Cathe = FUN!

I agree with the others in that I love doing Cathe's step DVDs on my BOSU. Seeing as I'm pretty clumsy and accident-prone, I tend to stick to her easier workouts - Basic Step, Body Fusion (not Cardio Fusion), and Low Impact Step - these are all loads of fun on the BOSU! I also enjoy doing the cardio portions of High Step Training, High Step Circuit, and High Step Challenge on my BOSU. And for an enjoyable challenge, try doing Legs & Glutes on your BOSU instead of your high step! I also use the BOSU during Cathe's ab workouts that use the step (MIS, Body Max, and Pure Strength's Strong Legs & Abs) - love my BOSU and love my Cathe, so the two go hand-in-hand.

That said, I wish, wish, wish Cathe would make either an all BOSU cardio workout or a circuit/bootcamp type workout utilizing the BOSU for both the cardio and weight cycles.
