Hi,
I have a question for anyone who has done this video. Is it similar to BodyMax? If so, which is more difficult. I'm getting ready to do SJP, and want to know what I'm in for!!:)

Not real similar, I seem to sweat more with SJP. It starts with a 16 minute step segment, then alternating 5 min of hi lo aerobics then 5 min weights for about 45 to 50 miutes total. Then of course abs. Not sure which one I would say is more difficult, aerobically I'd say SJP, weight wise Bodymax. You do get those nice "lowends" in SJP...:) Let me know how it goes!...Carole

I did SJP today, made it all the way through!! During those "lowends" I think Cathe said ready for another set, and I yelled "NO"!!! But I did it, now I'm paying for it....in a good way. I loved the workout, actually, I found it easier than Bodymax. Thanks for the input. Incidentally, I was sweating buckets!!

Hi Lynn, glad you enjoyed SJ&P. I think it is my favorite of the BB series. And yes..the "lowends"...the best muscle burnout I have felt in a long time. You are welcome for the input. I enjoy eveyones opinions about the different tapes, very helpful to read...Carole
