SJP is moderate for sure. SB is not rocket science, imo, but it is one of Cathe's more complex workouts. However, she breaks everything down, and there is alot of TIFTing, so I think with a little faith you would get that in time, also. There are some great premixes on this dvd, I find SB by itself repetitive and boring, but I like using it in the premixes.
