I vote for a second SJP style workout. I love that one. It's fun and the time flies by. The only thing I would change is make it a bit longer, for instance in the initial step segment. I love the combination of a good short, cardio workout first, then a hi-lo and weight circuit. I hope Cathe will consider doing another SJP! :)
