Step Heat, Step Jam, or Step Max? Help!

I am looking to order some clearance VHS. I am definitely getting the Wedding video and am going to order one or two of the above titles. Which one(s) would you choose and why. I am not good with complex choreography, so that's why I am looking at the older workouts. To give you an example, I can keep up with Interval Max fairly well, Low Max leaves me very confused! Thanks for any help/advice!

Step heat. The choreography is not difficult and it has a great ab workout at the end. Of the 3 workouts you mentioned I reach for Step Heat the most.

Of those three, Step Jam is my favorite. I always liked the choreography a little better and I believe the actual aerobic portion (without warm up and cool down) is longer then the other 2 which I liked. All three are good, that just happens to be my favorite.

In order of shortest length, easiest choreography and intensity level....Step Heat, Step Max, Step Jam. And, Step Jam's choreography is easier than Interval Max so you will be fine with any of them. Step Heat is the only one that contains abs.

My favorite is StepMax. I don't like StepJam because there is this seemingly endless series of basics just with different arm movements. It is boring and drives me nuts. Step Max has 3 very different segments that are linear. The last one involves plyo movements really get me going and I think are very fun. The cool down is not my fave though. Hey, here's the solution, buy them all! They all have their place!
