I bought the Cardio Hits DVD last month and just did Step Fit for the first time this month. I enjoyed every minute of it. The more moderate intensity is nice for a change. Cathe has some fun choreography in this one. I love the flying angels! The set is one of my favorites from her early years, and I like the music too. Cathe is cute and funny in this one from her comment about a sheep to calling us Tootsie Pops. :7 This is being added to my collection of happy workouts.
I am looking forward to doing Step Works for the first time this week. I actually bought the Cardio Hits DVD so I could skip the Power Max warm-up. I was pleasantly surprised to discover that I love Step Fit more than Power Max.

I really like StepFit, it's a long, steady workout, I skip the cool down though, it's very long and soooooo '90's with the Macarena arms. It's neat to see little bits of Cathe's older choreography sneak into her newer stuff like the 'up, kick twice, ball change, repeater sequence which shows up in Step Pump and Jump. I'm sure you'll really like it. Happy stepping!

Ditto here--it's a really fun workout. Also I think the dreaded "power lunges" or "power scissors" or whatever they're called now made their first appearance in this workout.
