yes its rhythmic step + that also has two other really intense cardio workouts. they are older workouts the other too but so awesome. this was on of my first dvds from cathe after seeing her on fittv and i don't regret it one bit. i also order this with the power hour+ that has 3 weight/cardio workouts on it. the addiction started there LOL.
