step blast & step, jump, pump pre-mix

Can anyone tell me what is included in the 90 minute step blast and step, pump & jump pre-mix? i have the vhs tapes and would love to try this out just by using rew, ff, etc. i know it's not as good as the real DVD, but i still have to save up some money before i can afford them

Sure! It is the SJ&P warm up, step, and all 4 hi/lo sections, then Step Blast combos 1,2,3, and the challenge. Finish with Step Blast cool down and stretch. Yowza!!!!!
