Step/aerobic shoes for men.. need suggestions plz

Hello everyone

I am trying to introduce Cathe to my (male) cousin. Problem is that he does not have proper shoes for the work outs. I was wondering if you all can give me some suggestions so I will have a starting point to help him buy the right shoes.

I wear hi top basketball sneakers. I imagine that cross trainers or tennis shoes would work as well.

I'd stay away from "running" sneakers, they are too specific for that purpose and don't cover the other necessities.

I have big feet, and sometimes buy athletic shoes in the men's department - crosstrainers work just fine.
