How about more steady state step cardio. Similar to Body Max 2 (cardio premix) or Step Blast.

I love the HiiT videos and Imax's but sometimes just want a good solid hour of steady state cardio. And make them advanced (for example, I find Step Moves and Athletic Step to be way too easy) or make the moves easily adjustable into more advanced moves (can add jumps or propulsions or "cross countries" instead of doing a plain basic or V-step or knee repeater).
