Do you like step? JUst a few faves that come to mind are Cardio Hits which has three, Shock Cardio Step Moves & High Step Challenge (with muscle endurance as well though). There's also Slide & Glide cardio and I think many of the KickBox ones would go under this category as well.
Most of her step workouts (except To the Max and sections of Intensity), most of her kickbox and MMA/Boxing workouts (except blast sections of the same).
I agree w/ the above...adding Body Max 2 (the first segment of step routines as the 2nd segment has blasts) rhythmic step and athletic step. As Clare and Elsie pointed out, Cathe's step workouts can offer steady state. When you're ready for a challenge...do an Imax!
