Stash powdered iced tea-REAL and good!

I'm so excited! I ordered a bunch of powdered iced tea from Stash and it just arrived. I had tried the blueberry green tea at a restaurant and I ordered that along with mint green and plain green. I just had the mint green and it's awesome too. Basically it works like instant iced tea but it's 100% natural. You stir it into cold water and voila-easy and healthy. I drink it without sweetener but of course you could sweeten it. And apparently it is even better for you than regular brewed tea because you are consuming the entire tea leaf. For those of you that love real and healthy iced tea and are also real lazy, you may want to give it a try!

Oh, and I also did a google search for a coupon code and I got $5 off plus they through in some free tea and tea cookies.

I May have to try this...thanks for sharing! I don't like any of the teas at my local grocery store!

I get tired of drinking water, milk all the time(and the one can of caffeine free diet pepsi I allow myself a day:9 ok...sometimes two;-))

Is this the same Stash that has the regular tea bags? I think their teabags are terrible but I have not tried the iced tea. I am a willing taste tester however. ;-)

Beavs,

Yes they do also make regular tea bags. I had never tried those before until yesterday, because they sent me some pumpkin spice tea for free. It was ok. I wasn't disappointed, but I never expect too much from tea bags. Loose tea is my fave.

I admit that I mostly like this product because of it's convenience, but I also find it really tasty. I love that I can throw 2 packets in my 16 oz sigg bottle and I've suddenly got tea! It's a little weird though because it is a darker color than regular tea. This must be because you are drinking ground up tea rather than brewed tea, if that makes any sense.

I can't say if you'll like it-but if you don't mind brewing your iced tea the old-fashioned way, then maybe it won't float your boat.

P.S. I am pm'ing you :)

Hi Amy,

I'm glad you posted this. I was wanting to order some 'instant' tea for Jason that isn't Lipton. I think he's addicted to Lipton instant tea now.

I'm with you Amy. I much prefer loose tea. If I have to do teabag tea I prefer Tazo. I recall the first time I tried loose tea. My friend Siobhan had some. She's from Ireland so Lipton would never cut it for her. I recall that heavenly tea... :9
