I just completed a six week rotation that was pretty intense for me. I worked out about 1.5 hours per day 6 days a week, weight lifting and cardio daily. I'm pretty tired at this point, and decided to take a 2 week break from intense workouts, so I've been powerwalking (5.5-6% incline, 4+ mph). And suddenly, I'm STARVING!!! I ate all day yesterday ( mostly clean:7 ) and just can't seem to fill up. Has this happened it anyone else? Any suggestions for fill'er up foods? My stomach is growling as I type!
