Starting Again...

I am 21 weeks pregnant and want to begin working out again after a 4 month hiatus...due to morning sickness and fatigue

should I begin as a beginner, or try to start close to where I was when I stopped? I was an intermediate exerciser 5-6 x's a week.
 
I would start slow and work your way up as your body has changed with pregnancy and is now not used to working out. Come check in with us at the moms to be check in.
 
Do what you think you can. You're body will let you know what to do. I know if it were me, somebody who works out all the time, I would go where I left off and see if it's too much or not, cuz you'll know right away.;-) If you feel good now, you'll probably be an ol pro! Good luck.
 
I'd start out slow also. You can always add intensity as your body allows, but if you do too much too fast, you may end up with an injury and have to stop altogether.
