was wondering how cathe's workouts are done in the point booster?
I think she's high intensity, but could be wrong.

The only two workouts I have so far,(just ordered many:D)are basic step and body fusion.what would you rate these as?Low,Moderate,or high intensity?I know there begginer/intermediate so could they be moderate!

Thanks-a-lot

Amy:)

Hi there! I also go back and forth with Weight Watchers and Calorie king. I have a suggestion for you...if it's at all possible, invest in a heart rate monitor. Weight Watchers especially will have you going crazy trying to figure out how many points you've burned. If you have an HRM, just count 1 activity point for every 100 calories burned. If there's no way you can get an HRM, I would count both of these workouts as moderate. I would probably count 2 points for Basic Step and 3 for Body Fusion. Also, if you do decide to invest in an HRM, www.heartratemonitors.com is a great site. I bought my Polar F4 there and have had great results. :)

Amy-
Intensity is determined more by the person & fitness level rather than the workout. When I started with Cathe my "intensity" was much greater as I was less fit. You either need to guesstimate each individual workout by the talk test or get a HRM. Each workout will be different and actually you could do the same wororkout every week & intensity could be different based on you; how much you put into the workout, your health that day, ttom, etc..... Especially with the WW Points system you need to be fairly accurate or you will not eat near enough food to fuel your intense workouts daily.
