Just wondering how many starches you all eat throughout the day. I normally will only eat 3 ( 2 slices of ezekiel bread and 1 baked potatoe with dinner) Today however I ended up eating 5 and i feel so bloated:( So I was just wondering how many you all eat and do you find you feel better with more or less?
 
I eat one serving of oats post workout. The bulk of my carbs come from veggies and fruit. I feel so much better with less starch/grain in my diet.
 
I eat oatmeal for breakfast and often have a baked potatoe with dinner. During the week I tend to eat a bag of low fat 100 calorie pop corn as a snack in the afternoon. I assume that's a starch? I used to bring a sandwich for lunch on whole wheat bread to work with me every day. I am trying to stop or cut back on that as much as possible and I swear it's making a difference. :)
