<--did heavy legs and started into KenpoX+ but the phone rang and took that as an out ;)
<--did squats 5 sets of 5 with 100# (last week I was only able to do 3 sets of 5 and 2 sets of 4- so wooooo hooooo!!!
<--on Romanian DLs did 125# 5x5 and calfs did 130# 3 sets of 15
<--130# on the back was HEAVY!!
<--DH is sick now
