Stability Ball Workout

I love the incorporation of the stability ball in the Supersets/Push Pull workouts, and in the CoreMax workouts. I would really love an entire workout using the ball in new and unique ways, as it has been done in these past workouts. The ball certainly adds challenge and the variety is fun.
 
I was thinking about this kind of workout this morning. Maybe a workout using the just the stability ball and the Thera bands? Pretty please?

I would love to see more stability ball work as well. I would really love to see an upperbody workout that uses the stability ball, free weights and the band. I absolutely love the ball work Cathe has done so far. I think PP/SS is amazing and would love to see more. Helen
